I visited the Miri Office of the Lands & Survey recently to discuss about certain land matters with the Superindentent, Encik Roslan.
Issues discussed included land application by a few NGO’s, and land lease renewal.

Yes, it great you had highlighted the plight of going to retrenched Shell personels.
But how about the local agencies recruiting Indonesian working onboard oil rigs in Malaysian waters? Malaysian were not allows to work in Indonesian and it should the vis-vis as too.
But now Bayong Resources Sdn Bhd ( Tel No. 085 656991/2/3 - Mr Voon ) is employing Indonesian semi-skill…for example onboard rig Ensco 57 and alot more else where…. and I suppose out Labour department and PETRONAS partly be blame allowing this to happen.
There plenty of people able to work offshore in Miri.

Did the authority charged the farmers because the farmed, damaged the land and cutting down Shin Yang Trees?
